How do I place an order?
Pick a device, choose the flavor and nicotine strength, add it to the cart and complete checkout. You will get an order confirmation by email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods available in your region are shown at checkout. We never ask for payment details by chat or email.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days; transit time then depends on the destination and carrier. Tracking is emailed once the parcel is dispatched.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship internationally, but disposable vape devices are restricted or banned in some countries. Please confirm your local rules before ordering.
Who pays customs duties?
Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.
How do I choose nicotine strength?
Devices come in 2 mg and 5 mg. Start from what you use today — 5 mg is closer to a typical disposable, 2 mg is the lighter option.
My device does not work — what now?
Contact support with your order number and a short description. If it is a quality issue we will arrange a replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change an order before it is dispatched; after that, please use the returns process.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. STAGBAR products are for adults of legal smoking age only (21+). Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
Are the devices rechargeable?
Yes. Every STAGBAR device has a rechargeable battery and charges over USB Type-C. Use a standard charger rather than a high-power laptop charger.
Where can I see flavors, pack sizes and specs?
Each product page lists the available flavors, pack sizes, puff rating, battery capacity and dimensions. Flavors are selected before adding to cart.
Do you offer wholesale or distributor pricing?
